A "D & D" Tale!

For ten years, my WolfieToons were a weekly feature of the now-defunct subscription story site "Discipline & Desire."  There were a lot of fine and funny writers there, and it was owned, operated, and edited by one of the hardest-working entrepreneurs in the world, a lovely and creative woman who signed herself Reesa Roberts. She was actually the second owner, and did a remarkable amount of work promoting it, and all the work of her writers.  She also penned some pretty hot tales herself!

Editor Reesa gave me a lot of leeway, but also kept me on track and out of most trouble.  And she made some invaluable contributions to several cartoons! For instance, I did one in which the Spanker was lamenting the fact that the Spankee seemed to be enjoying herself a little too much.  Reesa said, "So, put someone in the background yelling, "Use the paddle, Dumbass!"  And thus was born Paddle-Cat!

Paddle-Cat made a few return visits, like this one:

So-- I came up with a 'toon in which a Baker decided her Gingerbread Men should be Anatomically Correct, and Well and Truly So.  I mean, you wouldn't want the things breaking off in the bag on the way home, would you?

It was a pretty explicit cartoon for Wolfie, and Mama Reesa wrote to me,

"Do we really need to show the little cockapoos?"

"Cockapoos??"

But, okay, Boss, we'll do it your way.  I slapped a sign over the offending bits, and guess what!  The cartoon actually got funnier!

But because I'm a natural-born wiseguy, I had to send this to Reesa the next week, declaring, "I'm putting Cockapoos in THIS cartoon!"

Reesa's reply was,

"Those aren't Cockapoos.  Those are dogs."

I love this lady!!

Thank you very much, Reesa, for one of the best experiences of my life, for all your encouragement, for your terrifically ferocious efforts for all of us, and most especially, for being the woman you are.

    1. Thank you very much, Fondles! I frequently have the pets' commentary in my cartoons. Larken calls them "The Greek Chorus."

  2. I don't recall hearing of either Reesa or Discipline & Desire. Must have been before the Internet.

    1. :-D I used to out link in here, B&B! There's still in the old posts, but they link to nowhere! It always annoyed me that that Gray dreck got so much frickin' attention-- the "worst" of anything at D&D was fifty times better than that sorry text!

    2. Darn typo-making keyboard! "I used to put links to 'Discipline & Desire' in here, B&B! In fact, they're still in the old posts, but now, they link to nothing, nowhere!" There, that probably makes more sense. But what still doesn't make any sense is that the well-done kinky erotica that was in "D&D," in all kinds of formats-- romantic comedy, ghost stories, historical drama, etc.-- never got half the attention that drivel with the repulsive characters from Ms James did, and from the Vanilla World At Large, yet!

    3. But, you know-- most of the "D&D" authors have old and new stories and books for sale! I'll have to go collect some links!!

    1. Thanks, Glenmore-- now that you mention it, I've seen a lot of pets in "home-made" spanking videos, wandering carelessly into the scene! It makes sense that they would have an opinion, eh?

    2. Perhaps they are reincarnated spankos from another life Dave?
You would think the sound of a spanking would scare them but they always seem to show up to watch the show!

    3. Yes, exactly! It's as if some of them might even be jealous for the bottom-patting attention!

  5. Paddle Cat is awesome even when interrupting some very erotic reactions by the lady to her spanking. These are really good. Thanks

    1. Thanks, Ron! I had a Valentine cartoon in which Paddle-Cat freaked out because the Spanker broke the heart-shaped paddle to pieces on his Beloved's bottom!

I love Reesa - she gave me the opportunity and the support to write stories and have them published. She encouraged and edited and became a close friend not just an editor/owner/publisher. I give her all the credit for giving me a boost in ego and earnings....LOL
