Here is a proposed conflict resolution policy via one of the older cartoons from "Discipline And Desire":

  1. Mr.Wolfe, love your toon today, the smile on his face, her obvious spanked bum, I would love to see this played out, in the tv series 'the office", would be a hi rated show, thanks again , your friend BOB

  2. Wow, that's a spanking grin alright! And I love her annoyed expression - I'd say taking the paddle to his boss is what they call 'career limiting'.

Still, I guess the damage is done now so he might as well continue - and speaking of damage, he ought to get the bottom half of that smart business suit out of the way before he pops a seam!

  3. Perfect 'tune! And I'm sure I'd be called up in front of the board quite often!

  4. Dave, wonderful cartoon! I love it. I agree with hardspankinred and Underling and just love the expressions on their faces, and those tight pinstripes definitely need to be removed in the next panel.

Zelle, we are never bored when you're in the house, and definitely not when you're in front of the board. To see that I would bore a hole in the wallboards of the boardroom.

  5. Ahhh.. Thank you Michael! And to think .. people wonder why it's called "The Board of Education"... why I learn something new every time I'm up in front of the board... Not that I remember what I have learned...but that's a whole other blog on it's own.. "Retention span of an imp"... LOL

  6. Hiya, Bob! Thanks! I saw a clip from "The Office" in which whatzisname, the boss, was football-fanny-whacking everyone, male and female! That came close; and I understand that they did have, as they say here on the web, a "M/m spanking scene" a while back! That's good for comedy of the "serve the li'l bastid right" kind, but doesn't get MY motor going! So they should take your advice!

Thanks, Underling! Yeah, he kinda looks like Lon Chaney in the lost silent film "London After Midnight," huh?! 'Twasn't what I set OUT to do, but kept it!

And thank you, Zelle! I have an image now of you in pinstriped business attire, preparing for such a meeting, and now it's very hard... to type.

Hiya, Michael, also thanks! Both you and Underling vote for Pins Down! But, gee, wouldn't that be an office impropriety?? :-D

Somewhere I have an image showing the evolution of this cartoon, from the first pencil work-out scribbles to the final 'toon, but can't find it. But, nobody really gives a flying squirrel how I got to it, anyway, eh? :-D
