Hooray For The Red, White, And Blue! And The Red!

As you see, things are really popping in this week's WolfieToon at "Discipline and Desire!"

It's a sight to make your heart swell with pride!  Maybe other things are swelling, too, and that's swell!

Hope everyone is enjoying the Independence Day weekend!  If you're not in the U.S.of A,. I hope you're enjoying the 4th of July weekend, too, although live fireworks might be harder to find.

Adding to the merriment are the Five Snippets at this week's "Discipline and Desire" update!  (You remember the Five Snippets-- Girl Group from the 60's, lotta hits!)  Naturally, most of those tales are holiday-themed, and, as if the climate isn't perspiration-inducing enough already, there are two free chapters from "D&D" books for everyone to enjoy:  Dulcie Taylor's "I'll Be Stronger Tomorrow," and Jamie Phillip's "Aussie Heiress!"  (And, no, I'm not making a "down under" pun, although you were expecting it of me.)

WHEEEeeeeEEeeEEEEEeeeeBOOM!

  3. Hmm can spanking be confused for the sound of firecrackers? If my neighbors make a complaint, I suppose I'll find out. ;-) Happy 4th to you!

  4. Gee, DW, I can't imagine why anyone would ask for THAT kind of trouble! Beg, borrow, steal, yes. Ask? Hmmm... ;-)

    Happy Independence Day!

  6. Thank you, Veronica, I did both, and I hope you did, too!

Hey, Phil, it's good to know little soldiers always snap to when called upon! :-D

Yes, Lea, with the right acoustics and timing, spanking sounds could be mistaken for firecrackers. Takes some practice, though. ;-)

Well, Larken, it would seem our troublemaker in question proposed more a demand than a request. Hope yours was happy, too!

Thank you, Kaki, and, yes, do let us know how your re-creation of this WolfieToon event came out!! Thumbs Up!!

  7. "Celebrate the 4th with a fifth", i believe is the old saying. Although I wouldn't drink and light fireworks. This has been a public service announcement.

    Hope you enjoyed the holiday!

  8. And thank you, Dr. Ken, for the words only the wise will ever heed! :-D

Ever notice the reports about some goofball trying to parasail the Grand Canyon using his letterman jacket, or some such stunt, that conclude with the remark, "Alcohol may have been a factor."

I did enjoy the day a lot, thanks, and I hope you did, too!
