Where The Toys Are
Connie Francis sang that song. Or something like it.
It's the hairbrush and the paddle ball that make her purchase look odd....and both of them will really sting. I'm surprised she didn't buy an ice pack, a pillow and aloe Vera but perhaps that would be too obvious?
Maybe, Glen', she made a second trip to the cashier's counter in an effort to mislead any suspicions or conclusions? And I wonder if her fella is good enough to keep that paddleball bouncing and her bottom at the same time?
Thank you for noticing that detail, Minielle-- "how to show character with only hands showing!" I don't know if she's starting a collection or maybe replacing worn-out and busted items! :-D
Thank-you for reminding me of that beautiful song. When Connie Francis sings the opening line, everything in the world completely stops for just a second. Looks like I am off to the dollar store today!
Cute idea, wish Connie had sung Where the Toys are, but maybe these toys for for use on the boys. Purchasing that unique collection might make one blush! bottoms up Red
