You are absolutely right about that, Glen'! Maybe it's the invitingly colorful augmentation of the female fanny? There was the time many summers ago when my college girlfriend and I were at the public pool and suddenly saw a cute little rascal lying face down across the lap of the chubby lifeguard, who was sitting in a lawn chair. I don't know why she was in that postion, or how she got there. Did she forget her beach towel? Was she in Time Out? It sure seemed like she was deliberately tempting him, and he was winking and gesturing to his buddy sitting beside them. But when Chubby Lifeguard finally gave her little butt a smack, she acted terribly offended, with "How dare you" noises. Even my girlfriend thought that was too much.
