Guest Writers!

Well, I did a "WolfieToon" every week for ten years for "Discipline & Desire," and others before, during, and after, so that's well over five hundred cartoons.

I don't know how prolific that makes me alongside guys like my buddy Phil "Overbarrel" or guys like Nik Zula or Endart (courtesy of OTK4U), but it is a bunch to do on one somewhat limited topic.

So once in a while I had Guest Writers.  Here are a couple of my favorites.  Not all of them, so I can post more later!

"D&D" Editor Reesa Roberts had a contest about seven years ago she cleverly called "Name That 'Toon!"
Here are the winners:

Here's one of the best from a great guy, Charlie "Tunasheart!"

And a topper from lovely Lady Larken!

Over five hundred cartoons, if that isn't the definition of prolific it certainly is the definition of amazing!

I really like everything that is going on in the Miss Kitty version of "Promises" above.

    Best,
    Enzo

    1. Thank you, Enzo! Yes, that's one of the few cartoons I put a lot of background details into, including the cat who is either further furring up the laundry or has expired from feeding neglect! :D

  2. You are amazing! I was a member of D&D for many years and always, always enjoyed your toons Mr Prolific! I still enjoy them!! It takes time to do even a quick drawing so to me it is amazing you have such a vast collection!
    Thanks!

    1. Mr. Prolific, sounds like a silver-age DC Comics character! Thank you very much, Minelle, I'm delighted you enjoy the cartoons so much!

As for drawing time, the usual amount spent on those ranged from six to ten hours, but not usually all at once! I'm kinda surprised at how many I've done, too-- and there are more to come!

  3. My memory isn't too good, I'd forgotten some of those parodies and I even commented on them so I KNOW I read them so thanks for the trip down memory lane, Wolfie. Better to take a trip down Memory Ln than to trip on Memory Lane. 😏 OK O K. It's late and I'm tired.

    1. But isn't it great to enjoy things all over again, Kaki? Why, I do that with my own cartoons sometimes! Well, sometimes I enjoy the ones forgotten, sometimes I see way I wanted to forget them! It's a trip!
