It Sheer Makes You Wonder

Of the Knowing Grin this brunette has in the latest WolfieToon at "DISCIPLINE & DESIRE," my buddy PHIL says:

"it always seemed reasonable to me that a girl who gets spanked by her man would get a kick out of knowing that other girls do too :> smug."

That seems reasonable to me, too.

And arousing.

Do you ever wonder in a crowd what their stories might be?  I sometimes question who among them is a WolfieToon Fan.  We should have a code when we meet on the street.  I'll be the tall guy observing and sketching female rears.  Come up and draw a callipygian "W" in the sand or something.

But there are eight million stories in the Naked City.  In this WolfieToon, you'll notice a fella in a green polka-dot shirt who might possibly be the great grandson of Woozy Winks, Plastic Man's faithful companion.

And cartoonist Jack Cole, Plastic Man's daddy, went on to do cartoons for a new mag called "Playboy" like this:

So you see, we are all connected.

Hey, the stories at "D&D" this week are humdingers, too!

  1. I wonder all the time when I'm out in public what other people's stories might be. I'll catch an exchanged look or hear a "We'll discuss this later" and wonder if they are weirdos like me. ;-) Great toon!

    1. Thank you, Lea!

You know, if these people have younger kids with them, you often can hear Personal Stories, because the kids' Public Filter hasn't activated yet!

This one time (at band camp) my wife-to-be was warning her elementary-school-aged sons about consequences for various poor choices, adding that in similar circumstances, "Your grandma would have spanked my butt!"

Her youngest cheerfully chirped, "And now David does!!"

      I got such a look!!

      :-D

    1. Hello, Lea Again, and yes, thank you, that would be lovely indeed! And very kind, considering that I haven't done much with the blog(s) at all the last month or so! I'll come right over to see what's up!

    2. Oh, yes, I forgot; I don't know if the address is on my profile or not, but anyone may write me at dwolfeman2002 @yahoo.com But leave out the space I inserted there to foil Spam Robot Spider Roaches.

  3. I guess the bedroom walls weren't as sound proofed as you thought, huh, David. LOL out of the mouths of babes.

    1. Yes, indeed, Kaki...

When the youngest was a young teen, he asked me, "Do you and Mom ever play 'arousal games?""

I think he was just trying to embarrass and annoy me, or maybe he was seeking real information, but in any case, I hit the ball right back into his court by starting to honestly answer, and he quickly said, "Never mind, I don't really want to know!" :-D

He's since claimed that he never heard anything from his bedroom that was next to ours. :-D

  4. OMG! I saw something similar to that first picture at Universal Studios just last month! Hilarious! But I think hers was just due to the ride we'd gotten off of. :/

    1. LOL Did you, Sarah? That's funny!

And now that you mention it, I saw a wet white shorts seat at Six Flags Over Texas some years ago, too! Musta been in the back of my mind!

  5. Fun to see Plastic Man and Jack Cole! The Cole piece, by the way, actually appeared in one of the Humorama digests, probably just before Cole began working for Playboy. Unfortunately, Cole never did a true spanking cartoon (although there were two spankings I know about in Plastic Man).

  6. Thanks, Web-Ed, and have you seen Paul Turney's blog, "COLE'S COMICS?" It's got pages and pages of great work by Jack to peruse! I recommend it to all!
