After Dinner and Before Cake~~
Here's a brand-new WolfieToon for all of you wondering what that couple down the road is doing in Quarantine...
At her age she should know that Birthday spankings are always on the bare. Wonder if she knows it's one spank for every year plus one to grow on? I'd guess she's in for 50 good ones that will have that cute bottom matching her dress. The look on his face says it all!

I worked on this cartoon for weeks and weeks, trying different stagings, and styles, and various expressions for Lydia, if in fact that is her name, and I'm not sure now, looking at the finished product, if it's what I was after, after all. But your word is good enough for me!
Thank you, 'Buzz! The only thing that's stayed the same in the evolution of this cartoon (Cartoonicus de Moronus) is the notion that they should be dressed to the nines, and that her sheer panties were about to be taken to half-past nine.
Nice to see the lady in appropriate hosiery - hold up stockings always look so cute- for her birthday, and of course panties should always be lowered to the knees. Lovely stuff, keep em coming Wolfie

I'll have to repost some examples of my working process I've had here before. It's probably unnecessarily convoluted.
The ideas are a combination of deliberate thought and willy-nilly Wolfe-foolery!
I do some loose sketches, look at photo references, sometimes trying a bunch of different poses and stagings to get the right sense of animation, humor, sexiness, and TRYING not to re-do the same things over and over again. There's a lot of "under-drawing," building up the characters with basic shapes like you see in "how to draw" stuff.
I use a "light board" to get the final sketches onto Bristol paper, and then ink, usually with pens. Sometimes I've been a third of the way into this stage and decided, "Ah, no, Take Two!" And redraw it!
Then I do a scan and clean up, the lettering and coloring on the computer.
Occasionally I have used colored pencil or watercolor, but the results have been iffy.
