My, what a shapely little bottom La Professora has! I bet it was very hard for most of the guys to pay attention when she stood at the board. But I bet they weren't bored. Maybe they felt like a board.
But whether anything was ever very hard for this particular fella, our spanker Don Winaugh in gay apparel, could be a question.
There's also a lame joke in this cartoon about giving a rat's ass. I told you that because nobody ever saw it before, and it wasn't likely anyone would see it now unaided.
